Diane M. Delves, AACI, P.App.
President and CEO

Diane's comprehensive real estate market knowledge and extensive industry experience guide the direction of Quantum Properties' projects. Diane is a professional real estate appraiser and has earned her designation as an Accredited Appraiser of the Canadian Institute, Professional Appraiser (AACI, P.App.), Appraisal Institute of Canada.

She has more than 35 years of experience in the real estate sector including sales, appraisal, management, and development. She was the founder and principal of a Fraser Valley real estate appraisal firm for over 10 years, beginning her current career in property development while still managing her successful appraisal business. Diane has provided her real estate expertise as an appraiser and adjudicator to private industry and government for more than 20 years. She has also contributed many volunteer hours within the Appraisal Institute of Canada as both chairperson of the Fraser Valley Chapter and as a member of various association committees.

Diane was a director of the five-branch Aldergrove Credit Union from 2006 to 2012 and a member of the City of Abbotsford Economic Development Commission from 2009 to 2014. She has been serving as vice chair on the Abbotsford Airport Authority since 2010 and as a Partnerships BC board member since 2015. Diane has been working with the Urban Development Institute Pacific Region to expand their presence into the Fraser Valley and is currently serving as the chair of the Fraser Valley Group and as a director of Urban Development Institute Pacific Region.

Kristofer Hansen CCIM, CPM
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Kristofer has over 20 years experience in real estate including acquisition, development, appraisal, financial management, and property management. He spent two years as a commercial real estate appraiser with a Fraser Valley appraisal firm and, prior to that, seven years as President and principal of a property management company located in Salem, Oregon. He has been with Quantum Properties since 2006. Kristofer is a licensed real estate broker in both Washington State and British Columbia. He holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations. At Portland State University he received a Bachelor’s degree in economics, certificate in urban studies, and post baccalaureate certificate in accounting. He also holds a post graduate certificate in real property valuation from the University of British Columbia. Kristofer’s diverse background in real estate and financial management provides a unique integration of skills that further enhance Quantum Properties’ business operations.

Sid Bos
Vice President, Construction

Sid has been in the construction business for more than 40 years - 30 of those years as the owner of JPL Construction. He began his career in construction after training as a carpentry apprentice at Burnaby Vocational. By 20 years old he was running his own business as a framing contractor. After gaining several years experience in the field, he expanded his business and became a General Contractor. He has constructed virtually every type of building: steel, concrete, and wood frame construction, including custom homes, townhomes, condominiums (totalling several thousand units), and commercial buildings. His commitment to quality and his well-honed skills as a General Contractor have earned him an enviable reputation and industry respect. As Vice President of Quantum Properties' Construction Division, Sid brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, overseeing and coordinating the construction of all Quantum Properties projects.

Markus T. Delves, CPA, CA
Director, Finance and Investment

Markus is a Chartered Accountant and, as Director of Finance, he is involved with the accounting & audit, financing, tax and legal aspects of the business. He articled with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Vancouver. After obtaining his designation, he transferred to PwC's London, UK office where he advised multinational corporations on their international taxation issues. Markus is a Lecturer at the Beedie School of Business at SFU and an exam marker for the Chartered Accountant School of Business. His public service involvement includes serving as a board member of the Fraser Health Authority where he chairs the Audit and Finance Committee. He volunteers in his community via a number of charitable organizations, including as a board member of the Abbotsford Hospice Society. He previously served in the Royal Canadian Navy reserves where he retired as a Lieutenant. Markus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simon Fraser University and a Diploma in Accounting from the University of British Columbia.

Robert Delves
Vice President, Development

Robert has a decade of experience within the real estate industry largely in sales and development positions. Currently in a development management role with Quantum Properties, he is in charge of overseeing all internal aspects of potential and current developments from start to finish. Robert works closely with Quantum’s President & CEO, Diane Delves, in a high level strategic planning aspect to effectively manage the acquisition and development of new sites for future projects. Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Fraser Valley and is currently enrolled in the Urban Land Economics program at the University of British Columbia. He also studied abroad at École Supérieure de Commerce Bretagne Brest, a business management school in France.
