Diane is a professional real estate appraiser and has earned her designation as an Accredited Appraiser of the Canadian Institute, Professional Appraiser (AACI, P.App.), Appraisal Institute of Canada. She has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate sector including sales, appraisal, management, and development. She was the founder and principal of a Fraser Valley real estate appraisal firm for over 10 years, beginning her current career in property development while still managing her successful appraisal business. Diane has provided her real estate expertise as an appraiser and adjudicator to private industry and government for more than 20 years. She has also contributed many volunteer hours within the Appraisal Institute of Canada as both Chairperson of the Fraser Valley Chapter and as a member of various association committees. She is currently a member of the board of directors of the five branch Aldergrove Credit Union and serves as Vice Chair on the Abbotsford Airport Authority. Diane's comprehensive real estate market knowledge and extensive industry experience guide the direction of Quantum Properties' projects.

Kristofer has 17 years experience in real estate including acquisition, development, appraisal, financial management, and property management. He spent two years as a commercial real estate appraiser with a Fraser Valley appraisal firm and, prior to that, seven years as President and principal of a property management company located in Salem, Oregon. He has been with Quantum Properties since 2006. Kristofer is a licensed real estate broker in both Washington State and British Columbia. He holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations. At Portland State University he received a Bachelor’s degree in economics, certificate in urban studies, and post baccalaureate certificate in accounting. He also holds a post graduate certificate in real property valuation from the University of British Columbia. Kristofer’s diverse background in real estate and financial management provides a unique integration of skills that further enhance Quantum Properties’ business operations.

Sid has been in the construction business for more than 40 years - 30 of those years as the owner of JPL Construction. He began his career in construction after training as a carpentry apprentice at Burnaby Vocational. By 20 years old he was running his own business as a framing contractor. After gaining several years experience in the field, he expanded his business and became a General Contractor. He has constructed virtually every type of building: steel, concrete, and wood frame construction, including custom homes, townhomes, condominiums (totalling several thousand units), and commercial buildings. His commitment to quality and his well-honed skills as a General Contractor have earned him an enviable reputation and industry respect. As Vice President of Quantum Properties' Construction Division, Sid brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to the role, overseeing and coordinating the construction of all Quantum Properties projects.

Bev has more than 10 years experience in real estate which includes sales, appraisal, strata management and interior design. She is a licensed realtor and is currently enrolled in the UBC Business Degree program. In both the head office environment and on the job site, Bev manages all aspects of the design process for each Quantum project – from interior and exterior design concepts, through to procurement and installations. Utilizing a hands–on approach as part of her quality control strategy, Bev works closely with suppliers, the construction team, and the sales department to ensure Quantum’s high standards are consistently exceeded. Her commitment to creating uniquely styled, trendy — yet enduring — homes for Quantum’s purchasers is evident in every design feature and finishing selection she makes.
