Since its beginning in 2000, Quantum Properties has upheld a tradition of giving back to the community at all levels — local, national and international.

Some of the recent contributions Quantum Properties has made include:

A commitment to provide $1,000 from the sale of each of 272 units at the Mahogany at Mill Lake development means Abbotsford’s future tallest building will have its stamp on the Great Room at the new 30,000-square-foot Canuck Place Children’s Hospice. Canuck Place, now under construction just down the street from Mahogany at Mill Lake, is part of three new hospice projects next to Abbotsford Regional Hospital collectively called Campus of Care.

Diane Delves, President and CEO of Quantum Properties, provided a $25,000 gift to the Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre which went towards funding a patient room in the cardiac care section of the hospital.

Quantum Properties is pleased to be able to support Abbotsford's Discovery Trail by contributing a Greenway Interpretive Sign. The sign provides information about a specific point of interest on the trail. The first phase of the 35.5 km trail opened in Summer 2008.

For nearly a decade, Quantum Properties has been a proud supporter of Kiva, an international micro-lending organization. Micro-lending is a highly regarded financial innovation since it successfully enables impoverished entrepreneurs in developing countries to engage in self-employment projects. These projects allow the entrepreneur to generate income and, in many cases, build enough wealth to break free from poverty.
